GIDC accepts most forms of insurance (see detailed list below). We are designated providers for Medicare, Blue Cross/Shield and many others. If you have a special insurance claim form, bring it to the office. We will submit the claims to your insurance company first and bill you only if additional payment is necessary. You are responsible for any balance not covered by your insurance.

We accept cash, check and most major credit cards. We also offer the option to pay bills online. Pay online using our secure server here. If you are unable to pay, please alert your physician ahead of time so that a payment plan may be discussed. If you have questions regarding your bill, please call us at (410) 242-4095.
Please note you may be receiving a bill from both your physician for his services (professional fee) as well as GIDC for the procedure itself (facility fee).
Because you are responsible for costs for covered healthcare services until you reach your deductible, you should comparison shop if you elect to have a nonemergency procedure.
